This Blanc de Noir champagne is harvested exclusively from the 2013 vintage and made from the sucker, the emblematic grape of terroir from the Marne Valley. Low in sugar (extra brut), it is gluttony and delicacy.
Visual aspect: a pale yellow robe, a dense and dynamic effervescence.
Olfactory aspect: a very expressive nose which delivers a wide range of fruits including fresh peach and pear with subtle notes of brioche.
Taste aspect: a generous mouth of fruit that that further evolves the brioche flavors.
